I have always loved the ocean and creatures like dolphins, whales, penguins.  Blue, turquoise, aquamarine and the like are favorite colors of mine, making this a fun painting to do.

Dolphins are playful, intelligent mammals.   They live in groups, they communicate and they are very social much like humans.

Fun fact:  Killer Whales are the largest dolphin species.  Orca because of their size are referred to as whales but they are actually the same species as dolphins.
