The best Christmas present I ever received is that my 19 year old daughter, whom has been estranged from me for 6 years, has come back into my life and we are catching up on life. It is an early present but the best by far.

Cyndi how wonderful! Just goes to show the best presents aren't always bought. How blessed!

One of the the best Christmas gifts I ever got was a beautiful, dainty silver watch with a jet black face. Classy, chic, and oh so shiny!

I love your Blog Doodles, so pretty!

Last year my parents gave my a big photograph of me and my barrelracing partner(horse) of 22 years! She past away a bit ago and I have missed her so much. It brought tears to me, just looking at it now makes me feel so happy!

I hope you and yours has a very special holiday:)

Hugs:) ~EnchantedAcresDesign~

Denise - That watch sounds lovely!

Watercolordreams - Black frames are my favorite. They can really make some art work and photos pop.

Lorenda - What a thoughtful and wonderful gift. How nice that you have a part of her and memory in photograph to keep with you.

One of my best Christmas Presents was the year I became a mom. My daughter was born towards the end of Nov., and had some difficulties. She was ill, and I ended up in emergency surgery 2 weeks later. It was certainly a rough start to our mother and child relationship, but I remember our first Christmas as a real family- we were struggling financially, but it was like no other time- the baby had no idea of material items, and we were happy as I can ever remember. I don't think we even exchanged gifts!
